Assistant Actuary role in the Life & Retirement annuity pricing and product development team at Corebridge Financial. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Price innovative annuity products and optimize design with business partners
  • Build and test sophisticated pricing models and assumptions
  • Collaborate with product development, finance, and risk teams
  • Hybrid role – Houston, Woodland Hills CA, or Jersey City NJ
  • ASA required with path to FSA; 5+ years Life/Retirement experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Life & Retirement insurance pricing
  • Annuity product development
  • Pricing model implementation and testing

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, etc.)
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible Life & Retirement actuarial experience
  • Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) required
  • Advanced Excel and Access skills; SAS, VBA, SQL, or C++ preferred
  • Experience with modeling software preferred
