JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Conduct model validation and perform model risk assessments under MRM policy
- Support evaluation, monitoring, and reporting of enterprise model risk exposure
- Help develop GRC tooling and implement global MRM frameworks
- Hybrid role based at RGA headquarters in Chesterfield, MO
- Ideal for an ASA/ACIA with 3+ years insurance/reinsurance experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Insurance or reinsurance experience
- Actuarial modeling and risk management
- Model validation and model risk assessment
- Experience with Prophet or AXIS actuarial software
- Familiarity with regulatory MRM requirements
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- ASA or ACIA accreditation (or equivalent)
- 3+ years insurance or reinsurance experience
- 2+ years actuarial modeling and risk management experience
- Experience with actuarial software such as Prophet or AXIS
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Finance or related
