Associate actuarial pricing role in health insurance supporting ACA individual and small group markets in Tempe, AZ. You will maintain pricing and plan design models, support regulatory filings, and partner with Market P&L and product teams. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in office) reporting to the Associate Director, Actuarial.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Maintain pricing and plan design models for ACA individual and small group markets
- Support regulatory rate filing development and submission
- Partner with Market P&L, Insurance Product and analytics teams
- Hybrid role — 3 days/week in Tempe office; Thursdays required
- Associate-level role; SOA Associate/Fellow or on-track, 4+ years experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Pricing for ACA individual and small group markets
- Plan design modeling for health products
- Supporting regulatory rate filings
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- College degree in a STEM field
- Associate or Fellow of the SOA, or on track to achieve this
- 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience
