Role Summary

HIGHLIGHTS

Senior P&C actuarial role (Associate Actuary, ACAS) supporting specialty property and recreational lines. You’ll lead reserving, pricing and predictive modeling projects, develop methodologies, and coordinate across actuarial, IT and business partners. Role is remote-friendly (ET hours) with hybrid expectation for local Amelia, OH candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead reserving, pricing and predictive modeling for specialty property and recreational lines
Manage multi-resource projects and peer-review technical actuarial work
Develop new methodologies and maintain actuarial standards of practice
Remote-first option within Eastern Time; hybrid for local Amelia, OH (40–50% in office)
Requires ACAS membership and 6+ years of (re)insurance/actuarial experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

6+ years of (re)insurance/actuarial experience
Actuarial and predictive modeling for reserving and pricing
Experience with rate filings and ultimate loss projections

KEY REQUIREMENTS

6+ years of (re)insurance or actuarial experience
Must hold Associateship in the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS)
Membership in the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) required
Hands-on actuarial and predictive modeling experience (reserving/pricing)
Eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship
