JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Work on M&A, valuation, cash flow testing and ALM for individual life and annuities
- Develop experience studies, assumptions, and regulatory/GAAP valuation models
- Use actuarial platforms including MG-ALFA and Integrate; proficiency in Excel, VBA, SAS
- Chicago-based role with required weekly in-office attendance; flexible arrangements considered
- ASA required and actively pursuing the FSA; minimum 2 years of actuarial experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- 2+ years in an actuarial role
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- SOA ASA designation required
- Actively pursuing the FSA designation
- Undergraduate degree in actuarial science or similar quantitative field
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time actuarial work experience
- Ability to work in-person in Chicago office on a weekly basis
