JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Monitor and interpret variable annuity mortality and policyholder behavior experience
- Recommend assumption updates for riders (GMDB, GMIB, GMWB, GMAB) and present to senior leadership
- Maintain controls, reconciliations, and documentation for experience studies
- Collaborate with modeling, IT, and vendors to implement assumptions into models
- Work with Excel, SQL Server, Power BI and R or Python; participate in Actuarial Student Program

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- ASA, Career ASA or newly credentialed FSA
- 5–6+ years of financial, insurance, or actuarial experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance or related
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and proficiency with SQL Server and Power BI; R or Python experience
- Strong analytical skills and experience with actuarial concepts
