JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Price casualty and specialty reinsurance contracts (quota share, XoL)
- Develop pricing assumptions for long-tail lines
- Build and maintain actuarial pricing tools in Python/SQL
- Hybrid role - 3 days/week in Schaumburg, IL office
- ACAS/FCAS preferred with 5+ years casualty pricing experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Experience pricing long-tail casualty business
- Strong understanding of reinsurance structures
- Experience with quota share and structured reinsurance pricing
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years actuarial experience
- Experience pricing long-tail casualty reinsurance
- Strong understanding of reinsurance structures and treaty mechanics
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Eligible to work in US without sponsorship
