Associate Actuary in life/annuity pricing focused on indexed products (RILA and FIA) in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will lead pricing, maintain models, support product development and filings, and assess profitability across IFRS, GAAP, statutory and market-consistent bases. Hybrid role (three days in office) with FSA/ASA designation experience preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Price and implement indexed annuity products (RILA and FIA)
- Maintain and run pricing models and sensitivity testing
- Assess profitability under IFRS, GAAP, statutory and market-consistent bases
- Support product development, filings, and reinsurance assessments
- Hybrid role – three days per week in Cedar Rapids, IA

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- FSA or equivalent designation with Bachelor's degree and 5 years' relevant experience
- Alternative routes: Master's + 4 years, or ASA + 8 years as acceptable in lieu
- Experience working with annuity pricing, financial reporting and risk assessment
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
