JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Manage inforce analyses for complex life reinsurance treaties (UL/VUL/IUL)
  • Integrate asset and liability models and support ALM monitoring
  • Build monitoring tools and quarterly experience analyses
  • Use Prophet, Python, VBA, Access/SQL and spreadsheets
  • Remote role (listed as #LI-REMOTE); mentor junior actuarial staff

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Life insurance or reinsurance experience
  • ALM and risk management experience
  • Experience with Prophet or equivalent actuarial software
  • Programming in Python and VBA
  • Experience with Access or SQL databases

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • FSA with 6+ years life insurance/reinsurance OR ASA with 10+ years
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Finance, or related
  • Proficiency with Prophet (or equivalent actuarial software)
  • Programming experience in Python and VBA; Access/SQL skills
  • Competent knowledge of ALM and life/annuity products
