JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead actuarial work on Value-Based Payments, Medicaid, and Medicare engagements
- Build financial models and analyze healthcare data to support clients
- Interpret regulations and write technical reports for non-technical audiences
- Manage projects within budget and supervise actuarial students and junior staff
- Seattle-based role; remote candidates anywhere in the US will be considered
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Healthcare actuarial experience
- Value Based Payments (VBP) experience
- Medicaid and Medicare experience
- Medicaid managed care or state agency experience
- Consulting engagement experience
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- ASA designation required
- 7+ years of healthcare actuarial experience
- At least 4 years in a consulting environment
- 4+ years experience with VBP, Medicaid, and Medicare
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
