Senior actuarial role within Treasury's Capital Management and Reporting team in Des Moines, IA. You will lead enterprise capital reporting, develop capital metrics and frameworks, and advise the CFO and Treasurer on capital positioning. The role involves cross-functional partnership with Investor Relations, Risk, Finance and business units.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead enterprise capital reporting and analysis across entities
- Advise CFO and Treasurer on short- and long-term capital positioning
- Develop organic capital profiles to inform deployment and strategy
- Partner with Investor Relations and business units on capital philosophy
- Hybrid option: at least three office days per week in Des Moines, IA
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Enterprise capital reporting and analysis
- Capital management and capital deployment strategy
- Treasury and capital strategy partnership experience
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of actuarial experience
- Knowledge of Actuarial Standards of Practice and AAA/SOA Code
- Must maintain SOA/AAA continuing education requirements
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
