Role Summary

HIGHLIGHTS

Associate Actuary on the Life & Annuity Solutions team focused on pricing, modeling, and product support for indexed and fixed/traditional life and annuity products. You will analyze large cases, build and oversee pricing models, and partner with distribution, operations, and legal. Senior-level role (FSA required or ASA with significant experience) based in Addison, TX with an onsite expectation of four days per week.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead pricing, profitability analysis and modeling for life and annuity products
Support large cases, illustrations, competitor product deep dives, and marketing material
Build and oversee pricing engines using actuarial software and Excel
Collaborate with L&A Solutions, distribution, operations, legal, and marketing
Onsite expectation: 4 days/week (core days Monday–Thursday) in Addison, TX

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

life product pricing
experience studies and pricing assumption analysis
working knowledge of Nonforfeiture, 7702/7702A, and Illustration
annuity product knowledge

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 6 years of actuarial experience in life product pricing
FSA designation required, or ASA with significant additional experience
Working knowledge of Nonforfeiture, 7702/7702A, and Illustration standards
Ability to independently create pricing engines using actuarial software
Extensive Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel
