Associate-level P&C reserving role supporting surety/program business across US offices. You will perform reserve reviews, prepare IFRS and statutory reporting, and support data and tool enhancements. The role reports to the Senior Reserving Director and requires ACAS with 5+ years of P&C reserving experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Perform reserve reviews and prepare related summaries and reports
- Support IFRS and statutory reserving, including discounting and risk adjustment
- Collaborate with Accounting, Claims, Reinsurance and Underwriting
- Work on data preparation, reconciliation and reserving tool enhancements
- Associate-level role requiring ACAS and 5+ years P&C reserving experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- property & casualty reserving
- surety / program business experience
- IFRS and statutory reserving experience
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of property & casualty reserving experience
- ACAS designation required
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or related
- Demonstrated SQL and VBA programming experience
- Strong communication skills for technical-to-nontechnical explanations
