JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Support North America Retail Property pricing and portfolio management
- Develop pricing strategies and recommend rating methodologies
- Coordinate with catastrophe modelers and reserving actuaries
- Provide quarterly rate indications for Canada Property programs
- Primarily in-office role based in Philadelphia, PA
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Commercial lines actuarial experience
- Commercial property pricing
- Catastrophe modeling fundamentals
- Experience working with reserving and reserve development
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS)
- At least 5 years of commercial lines actuarial experience
- Significant commercial property pricing experience preferred
- Solid understanding of catastrophe modeling fundamentals
- Strong communication skills for senior management presentations
