Position is US-based with a work-from-anywhere approach and reports to the Chief Analytics Officer.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Support structuring and placement of reinsurance programmes and capital solutions
- Perform portfolio analysis to inform pricing and strategic recommendations
- Develop and enhance actuarial models, analytics tools, and data strategy
- Partner with brokers, clients, and reinsurers on transaction execution
- Associate-level role with mentoring responsibilities for junior analysts
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Reinsurance or insurance analytical experience
- Portfolio analysis and pricing experience
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years’ actuarial or related analytical experience in reinsurance/insurance
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with reinsurance pricing, structuring, or capital concepts preferred
- Strong communication skills for client and market engagement
