JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead actuarial modeling and forecasting for Medicare ACO lines (ACO REACH, MSSP)
  • Analyze large healthcare claims datasets and translate results for senior leaders
  • Build VBC (value‑based care) models and provide strategic recommendations
  • Remote role across the U.S.; MN/DC hires have additional in‑office requirements
  • Mentor and review work of a team of 1–2 analysts; ASA/FSA progress preferred

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Healthcare actuarial modeling and value‑based care analytics
  • Large healthcare claims data analysis and manipulation

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field
  • 5+ years of actuarial experience with healthcare analytics and modeling
  • 3+ years analyzing and manipulating large healthcare claims datasets
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL
  • Strong communication skills for senior‑level stakeholder engagement
