Strong leadership, deep product mechanics knowledge, and technical aptitude (SQL/Alteryx/Excel) are required.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead a team of actuarial systems analysts for life and annuity products
  • Own policy administration and illustration system design and implementation
  • Develop test tools, plans, and validate product rates and values
  • Hybrid role – in office four days per week (Mon–Thu)
  • Director-level people leader with performance management responsibility

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Life and annuity product mechanics
  • Policy administration and illustration systems
  • Interpretation of policy forms and insurance regulations
  • Advanced Excel for actuarial calculations

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 11 years’ related experience (or 8 with advanced degree)
  • Demonstrated expertise in life and annuity product mechanics
  • Experience with Policy Administration and/or Illustration Systems
  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
