JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead quarterly medical expense reporting and health cost trend analytics
- Build and maintain actuarial models using healthcare claims data
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and analytics teams
- Present results to senior leadership and support ad-hoc trend requests
- Remote role (U.S.); Minneapolis/DC hires required 4 days/week in office
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Healthcare claims data analysis
- Medical expense reporting and health cost trend analytics
- Developing standardized analytic methodologies
- Experience with Excel, SAS, SQL, and Power BI
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years actuarial experience in healthcare analytics or expense reporting
- Expertise analyzing healthcare claims data
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, SAS, SQL, and Power BI
