Senior P&C actuarial consulting role focused on North American personal lines. You'll lead pricing, product, claims, and underwriting analytics engagements, sell and deliver technology-enabled solutions, and mentor junior staff. Position is Associate Director level based in Chicago (open to major North American markets and flexible/remote arrangements).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead personal lines pricing, product, claims, and underwriting analytics engagements
- Sell and demonstrate WTW ICT technology (e.g., Radar, Emblem) to clients
- Deliver predictive modeling, pricing, portfolio management and implementation work
- Mentor and manage junior staff; meet billable hour targets and revenue goals
- Flexible location (major North American markets); travel as needed

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years P&C personal lines experience in pricing/product/claims/underwriting
- Actuarial professional designation by the CAS (ACAS or FCAS)
- Experience leading a pricing team
- Knowledge of the North American insurance marketplace and carriers
- Proven client-facing consulting and project management experience
