Senior Health pricing role focused on Supplemental Health (Critical Illness, Cancer, Accident, Hospital Indemnity). You will lead pricing, experience studies, regulatory filings and profitability management for employee benefits products. Associate Director level role reporting to the Director, Supplemental Health Pricing in Wellesley Hills, MA with a hybrid schedule.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead pricing for supplemental health product pillar (CI, Cancer, Accident, Hospital Indemnity)
- Perform experience studies and maintain pricing tools and models
- Develop new business and renewal pricing programs and manage rate filings
- Hybrid role—at least 2 days per week in office (Wellesley Hills, MA)
- FSA and/or FCIA required with active Academy membership
