Analyze self-funded group health and stop-loss data for pricing, reserving, and benchmarking
Develop and maintain manual rates, renewal analyses, and premium equivalent rates
Prepare IBNR estimates and perform reserve adequacy testing
Communicate actuarial findings to non-actuarial audiences and build relationships with underwriting and sales
Collaborate across multiple operating companies and support training for underwriters and junior producers
