JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead and execute risk-based internal audit engagements for P&C model frameworks
- Test and validate model-related tools across pricing, reserving, and catastrophe models
- Engage with regulators and executive leadership on audit findings
- Hybrid role — in office 4 days per week (San Antonio, TX; also Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC)
- Ideal for experienced auditors with strong P&C model oversight background
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- internal or external audit in insurance/financial services
- testing models and model-related tools
- evaluating internal controls in regulated environments
- experience using data analysis tools and techniques
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of audit/financial/insurance/banking/IT or related leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or 4yrs additional experience in lieu)
- Experience performing internal or external audits in a complex regulatory environment
- Proven ability to evaluate internal controls and communicate with business partners
- Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
