Role Summary

Senior P&C actuarial leadership role leading Nationwide's Actuarial Modernization program. You will redesign P&C actuarial operations, oversee data, modeling and model risk management, and lead workforce and change management initiatives. Role is US-based with flexibility for remote work and periodic travel to Columbus, OH headquarters.

Key Requirements

15+ years of experience in modeling, risk management, valuation or product development
Bachelor’s degree or greater required
Experience managing teams (manages a team of 4 or more)
Proven leadership delivering large programs and change management
