Own program business delivery and connect multiple work streams to deliver benefits
Drive model risk management, data governance, and new modeling platforms
Manage a team of 4+ and oversee consultant engagements
Remote within the US with periodic travel to Columbus, OH headquarters

Modeling experience
Risk management experience
Financial projections and valuation
Product development experience
Actuarial operations or transformation experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS

15+ years of experience in modeling, risk management, valuation or product development
Bachelor’s degree or greater required
Experience managing teams (manages a team of 4 or more)
Proven leadership delivering large programs and change management
