JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead pricing, forecasting, reserving, and financial performance analysis for health business
  • Focus on Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and commercial health lines
  • Manage and develop actuarial teams and implement actuarial best practices
  • Work closely with finance, regulators (e.g., CMS), and executive leadership
  • Flexible remote work environment; Excel and actuarial modeling tools required

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Healthcare actuarial experience with Medicaid and Medicare Advantage
  • Pricing, forecasting, reserving, and financial reporting expertise
  • Experience interacting with regulators such as CMS and state agencies
  • Proven leadership managing and developing actuarial teams

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of actuarial experience with 5+ years in leadership
  • Healthcare actuarial experience (Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, commercial)
  • ASA or FSA and MAAA membership required
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and actuarial modeling tools
