JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead end-to-end actuarial valuation, data and reporting system change across Canada and the US
  • Coordinate AXIS and Moody's Risk Integrity upgrades and IT delivery requirements
  • Own data stewardship, governance, and actuarial reporting accuracy and timeliness
  • Hybrid role based in Toronto with global coordination responsibilities
  • Requires senior actuarial leader (FSA/FCIA) with 10+ years’ experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Actuarial valuation and reporting
  • Valuation system change management across Canada and the US
  • Experience with actuarial systems and IT delivery
  • Coordination of AXIS and Moody's Risk Integrity upgrades
  • Data stewardship, quality and governance

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • FSA / FCIA required with 10+ years of actuarial experience
  • Extensive experience in actuarial valuation and reporting
  • Experience working with IT and actuarial systems (system change management)
  • Proven ability to influence across teams with limited direct authority
  • Bilingualism (English/French) an asset; Quebec hires must be bilingual
