JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Own enterprise-wide Economic Capital framework and reporting
- Transform EC from manual spreadsheets to automated, scalable processes
- Provide independent review and challenge of actuarial assumptions
- Incorporate AI and emerging risks into capital framework
- Hybrid role â 3 days/week in Bridgewater, NJ office
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Economic capital frameworks

- Transformation of reporting and analytics processes
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years in insurance, actuarial, or risk management
- FSA/ASA (or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of economic capital frameworks
- Experience transforming reporting and analytics processes
- Familiarity with data/analytics tools (e.g., Python, BI tools)
