HIGHLIGHTS

Senior actuarial role in MetLife's Global Risk Management Group, responsible for the end-to-end Insurance Risk Economic Capital (EC) framework and oversight of actuarial assumptions. You will lead the transformation of EC processes from manual spreadsheets to automated, scalable, insight-driven capabilities, while integrating AI and emerging risks into capital assessments. This role also provides independent review and challenge of key actuarial assumptions like mortality, morbidity, and policyholder behavior. The position is based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, with a salary range of $165K–$215K.
