  • 10+ years in insurance, actuarial, or risk management
  • Strong understanding of economic capital frameworks and actuarial assumptions
  • Experience transforming reporting, modeling, or analytics processes
  • Familiarity with data/analytics tools (Python, visualization) and AI concepts
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
