You’ll oversee life insurance projections, reserve valuation, financial reporting, strategic planning, enterprise finance priorities, and development of the Life CFO team.

Requirements

Must have

College graduate or equivalent
Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA)
Member in good standing of the American Academy of Actuaries (AAA)
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, presentation, and communication skills
No need for visa sponsorship

Strongly preferred

15+ years of actuarial experience
Actuarial insurance experience
Strategic and long-range visionary thinking ability
Strong background in financial and budgetary matters
Based in Des Moines, IA with hybrid presence

Nice to have
