JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead pricing and structuring for health reinsurance (ACO, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial)
- Develop and run pricing models for profit testing, economic capital and embedded value
- Manage and mentor actuarial associates in the Health Solutions pricing unit
- Client- and stakeholder-facing: participate in underwriting meetings and marketing
- Orlando-based role; ~15% overnight travel; compensation base+bonus ($180,400–$244,100)

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) required
- Minimum of 6 years of actuarial experience

- Direct experience with Value Based Care / Accountable Care Organizations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong written/verbal communication
