JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead a team of five actuarial analysts in PRS personal lines actuarial work
- Oversee Homeowners by-peril rating plan development and Radar Live implementation
- Produce state-level Homeowners rate indications and support filings
- Partner with Product, Data Science, IT, Underwriting and Claims
- Manage production support and modernization of legacy rating plans
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Homeowners pricing and state rate filings
- Rating plan implementation and governance
- Production model support and maintenance
- Leading actuarial teams and mentoring analysts
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Supervisory experience managing actuarial analysts (team of five)
- Hands-on experience with Homeowners pricing and state rate indications
- Experience implementing rating plans on a pricing platform (e.g., Radar Live)
- Ability to partner with Product Management and present to stakeholders
