Senior life ALM actuarial leader responsible for asset-liability management and risk analysis for life and annuity products in Chicago. You will lead an actuarial team, oversee complex financial models, ensure model governance and regulatory compliance, and present findings to senior leadership.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead ALM and actuarial team supporting life insurance and annuity products
- Oversee complex financial models, governance, and regulatory deliverables
- Present technical results and risk analysis to Senior Leadership and ERM
- Build and develop actuarial talent and own team performance
- Onsite role based in Chicago (regular attendance expected)
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Life and annuity industry experience
- Knowledge of insurance products and contract provisions
- Experience with complex financial models and model governance
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years' experience in the life insurance and annuity industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business, or Actuarial Science required
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
