Senior life & annuities ALM actuarial leader based in Sioux Falls, SD. You will lead an ALM function, build and manage an actuarial team, own complex financial modelling and risk measurement, and present results to senior leadership and ERM. Requires deep life/annuity industry experience and strong leadership skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead ALM actuarial function for life and annuity products
- Own complex financial models and ensure governance/MAR compliance
- Build and manage a team of actuaries and analysts
- Present results to Senior Leadership and Enterprise Risk Management
- Onsite role in Sioux Falls, SD with regular attendance expected
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Life insurance and annuity industry experience
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years' experience in the life insurance and annuity industry
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, or Actuarial Science required
- 5+ years management experience preferred with talent development
- FSA or career ASA preferred; MAAA may be required for some roles
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
