Director-level P&C actuarial role in Management Liability, based in Raleigh, NC, with additional offices in Connecticut and Illinois. You will lead pricing, reserving, rate filings, capital allocation, reinsurance analysis, and strategic support across EPLI, Crime, and D&O. The role is hybrid, with three office days and two remote days.

Requirements

Must have

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
10 years of related work experience
Solid background in P&C commercial insurance with Management Liability forms/rules
Ability to self-motivate and drive to succeed
Demonstrated goal achievement
Ability to lead and manage a team
Extensive knowledge of the insurance industry
Experience providing on-the-job training to staff or through management
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Nice to have

Master’s degree (preferred)
FCAS designation (preferred)
