JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead product development for individual annuity products across ideation to post-launch
Create actuarial memoranda, hypothetical calculation tools, and product specs
Serve as regulatory SME for annuities (NAIC, NY DFS, Interstate Compact)
Hybrid role based in Houston hub (open to full remote candidates outside hub)
FSA required with 10+ years’ annuity and modeling experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Annuity product development
Annuity modeling and hypothetical calculations
Regulatory compliance for annuity products
Working with regulators and industry regulatory groups
Preparing actuarial memoranda and product submissions

KEY REQUIREMENTS

BA/BS plus 10+ years actuarial experience in annuities
FSA required
Demonstrated annuity product and modeling experience
Detailed knowledge of annuity regulatory environment
Ability to lead and manage resources supporting product development
