Role Summary

HIGHLIGHTS

AVP-level actuarial role focused on M&A strategy for life insurance and annuity products. You will build and maintain complex statutory and GAAP financial/actuarial models, lead due diligence, and support deal structuring and capital analysis. The role reports into enterprise M&A/strategy, partners with Actuarial, Finance, Risk and Legal, and is based in Radnor, PA with flexible/remote options.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead actuarial modeling and valuation for M&A transactions in life and annuities
Build and maintain complex statutory and GAAP financial models
Perform due diligence on targets including reserve and capital analysis
Present findings to senior management and participate on enterprise committees
AVP-level role requiring 10+ years' relevant experience; flexible/remote options

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Life insurance and annuity sector experience
M&A due diligence and valuation for insurance targets
Statutory and GAAP life and annuity modeling
Advanced financial and actuarial modeling experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS

10+ years of M&A, corporate development, actuarial, or finance experience
Strong focus and experience in life insurance and annuity sectors
Extensive experience building complex statutory and GAAP financial models
Strong written/verbal communication and executive presentation skills
Proven analytical problem-solving and relationship management skills
