JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead mortality underwriting and pricing for UK reinsurance flow business
Manage sales pipeline and client relationships with cedants and brokers
Develop new funded reinsurance and annuity product propositions
Supervise a small team of ~2 direct reports and BAU operations
Hybrid role — minimum 3 days per week in New York office

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

UK reinsurance flow and funded reinsurance experience
Mortality underwriting and pricing for annuities
Pension risk transfer and annuity product knowledge
Financial modelling and pricing analysis for reinsurance
Client relationship management with cedants and brokers

KEY REQUIREMENTS

10+ years of insurance or reinsurance underwriting and pricing experience
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or related
Proven ability to manage client relationships and commercial negotiations
Project management experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives
Experience developing reinsurance or annuity product structures
