HIGHLIGHTS

This AVP role leads the strategy, governance, and execution of experience studies and assumption development for the Annuities business at Lincoln Financial. You will drive insights for pricing, valuation, risk management, and capital decisions, using predictive analytics and traditional actuarial methods. You'll lead a high-performing team and partner with Finance, Risk, Product, and Data teams. The role is hybrid (3 days/week in office) based in Fort Wayne, IN or alternate offices.
