HIGHLIGHTS

AVP role on Fortitude Re's Capital Management team in Nashville (hybrid). You will lead strategic capital initiatives, internal capital model development, and regulatory capital optimization across group entities, working with actuarial, finance, investments and ALM.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead strategic capital management and internal model initiatives across entities
Work on Bermuda, US and Solvency II regulatory capital frameworks
Develop model governance, validation and reporting efficiencies
Collaborate with actuarial, finance, investments and ALM teams
Hybrid role based in Nashville, TN reporting to the VP, Capital Management

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Valuation, modeling or capital management experience
Working knowledge of regulatory capital (US RBC, Bermuda EBS, Solvency II)
Experience with AXIS or similar actuarial projection software
Financial analysis of income statement, balance sheet and capital projections

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Qualified FSA or Institute Fellow, or career ASA with 7+ years post-ASA experience
8+ years of insurance experience with valuation, modeling or capital focus
Working knowledge of US RBC, Bermuda EBS and Solvency II
Significant experience with AXIS or similar actuarial projection software
Undergraduate degree required
