- Workforce/Group Benefits risk or actuarial experience
- Underwriting and pricing methodology oversight
- Statutory and GAAP accounting knowledge
- Model risk governance and assumption oversight
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years Actuarial/Risk Management experience in Workforce/Group Benefits
- Experience with underwriting and pricing methodology oversight
- Strong understanding of insurer financials including Statutory and GAAP
- Proven analytical and risk assessment skills
