Requirements

Strongly preferred

  • FSA designation with strong actuarial foundation
  • 8+ years of experience in life insurance or reinsurance
  • Well-developed understanding of actuarial assumptions
  • Strong business acumen with ability to translate market needs into solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative, high-performance environments
