JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead Go To Market Readiness Team for P&C pricing across Auto, Home, and Specialty
  • Oversee pricing indications, financial forecasting, and state pricing coordination
  • Ensure process standardization, regulatory compliance, and actuarial rigor
  • Hybrid role — in office 4 days per week in San Antonio, TX or Plano, TX
  • FCAS required with 10+ years P&C actuarial experience and 6+ years managing teams

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Progressive P&C actuarial experience
  • People leadership and team development
  • Predictive modeling bridging pricing to analytics
  • Partnering with state product managers on pricing strategies
  • Developing financial forecasts and profit projections

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years progressive P&C actuarial experience
  • FCAS designation required
  • 6+ years of people leadership experience
  • Experience with predictive modeling bridging pricing to analytics
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
