Senior P&C actuarial leadership role focused on Personal Lines (Home and Auto) pricing and countrywide rate adequacy. You will lead development of rate adequacy processes, scenario forecasting, and implementation while managing a large actuarial team. Role is AVP-level, reports to the VP of Personal Lines Pricing, and can be performed remotely within the United States with periodic travel to headquarters.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead countrywide rate adequacy and scenario forecasting for Personal Lines (Home and Auto)
- Manage and develop a team of 12+ actuarial/finance professionals
- Provide actuarial and technical leadership with Actuarial Modernization partners
- Deliver MVP solutions under tight timelines and continuously enhance frameworks
- Remote-eligible within the US with periodic travel to Columbus HQ

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of related pricing/actuarial/product experience
- Associate in the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) required
- Prior people management experience required
- Experience in Personal Lines pricing highly preferred
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and 3rd party consultants
