Senior P&C actuarial leadership role (AVP) on Specialty pricing and reserving. You will manage valuation processes, develop complex reserving and pricing models, and partner with underwriting, claims and finance. Hybrid role based in Sun Prairie, WI (2–3 days in office) with national salary range provided.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead reserving and pricing for specialty P&C product lines
- Manage valuation process and coach actuarial analysts
- Develop and adapt complex reserving and pricing models
- Hybrid role — typically 2–3 days in office (if local)
- FCAS/Fellow or equivalent actuarial fellowship required
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Property and casualty actuarial field experience
- Reserving experience
- General Insurance experience
- Actuarial analyses or predictive modeling
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Fellowship-level actuarial credential (e.g., FCAS or equivalent)
- Experience in property & casualty / general insurance reserving
- Proven people management of actuarial analysts
- Ability to define project scope and manage delivery
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
