HIGHLIGHTS

AVP-level Life actuarial role focused on retail annuity product design and pricing (MYGAs, FIAs, RILAs, SPIAs) in a NYC-based insurer. You will build stochastic ALM/pricing models (MG-ALFA/Integrate), partner with Investments, Risk, Finance, Distribution and reinsurers, and present product decisions to senior leadership and risk committees.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead design and pricing of retail annuity products including MYGAs, FIAs, RILAs, and SPIAs
  • Develop stochastic asset-liability pricing models using MG-ALFA/Integrate
  • Partner with Investments, Hedging, Risk, Finance, Distribution, and reinsurers
  • Present product designs and pricing to senior leadership and risk committees
  • NYC-based role focused on capital-efficient annuity product strategies

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Retail annuity product design and pricing
  • Stochastic asset-liability modeling using MG-ALFA/Integrate
  • Knowledge of MYGAs, FIAs, RILAs, and SPIAs
  • Experience partnering with Investments, Risk, Finance, and Distribution

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of retail annuity product design and pricing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or related
  • Stochastic asset-liability modelling experience with MG-ALFA/Integrate
  • Deep knowledge of MYGAs, FIAs, RILAs, and SPIAs
