Associate-level benefits analytics role (Health) in Warrington, PA. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Build weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports for employee benefits clients
  • Perform IBNR reserve analysis and stop-loss sensitivity/renewal projections
  • Develop financial models for plan designs, contributions and M&A analysis
  • Use Excel, Power Query, Power BI and VBA to automate reporting
  • Hybrid role based in Warrington, PA; 1–3 years’ experience preferred

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Employee benefits consulting or medical insurance carrier experience
  • Renewal projections for medical, dental and vision plans
  • Stop-loss recovery and sensitivity analysis
  • IBNR reserve analysis
  • Financial modeling of plan designs and employee contributions

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–3 years of related experience with an employee benefits consultant/broker or carrier
  • Strong knowledge of the group insurance marketplace and alternative funding
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficiency with Power Query, Power BI and Visual Basic
