BI Architect supporting Humana's Medicare Advantage actuarial pricing model. You will optimize and automate the MA Pricing Model (T-SQL), convert manual Excel processes to robust data workflows, and collaborate with actuaries, business partners and IT. Remote role based in the United States with occasional travel to offices.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Support and enhance the Medicare Advantage pricing model hydrated via T-SQL
- Optimize SQL performance and automate Excel-based manual processes
- Develop, demo and test short-term, high-impact technical solutions
- Collaborate with actuaries, business partners and IT on monthly releases
- Remote role with occasional travel to Humana offices
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Relational database design and management
- SQL and Python programming experience
- Power Platform and VBA driven tool experience
- Experience optimizing and automating code and processes
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- 3+ years programming experience with SQL, Python, Power Platform or VBA
- Experience with relational database design and management
- Proven experience optimizing and automating code and processes
