JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Own end-to-end BI products for U.S. Claims & Actuarial
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Partner with Data Engineering (Azure, Databricks) on data readiness
Hybrid role based in Iselin, NJ supporting US Claims and Actuarial
Requires 7+ years in BI/Analytics or Data Product roles, preferably P&C

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Experience with Claims and/or Actuarial data and stakeholders
7+ years in BI, Analytics, or Data Product roles
Power BI dashboard development and maintenance
Familiarity with Azure and Databricks platforms
Strong understanding of data quality and lineage

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree required (relevant experience may substitute)
7+ years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Product roles
Experience with Claims and/or Actuarial data and stakeholders
Hands-on Power BI development experience
Familiarity with Azure and Databricks and data quality concepts
