JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Own end-to-end BI products for U.S. Claims and Actuarial
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Partner with Data Engineering, BI, and Data Governance teams
- Enable and train business users to drive adoption of analytics
- Hybrid role based in Iselin, NJ with 7+ years' BI experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Business Intelligence or data product ownership
- Experience with Claims or Actuarial data and stakeholders
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7+ years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Product roles
- Experience working with Claims and/or Actuarial data and stakeholders
- Hands-on Power BI dashboard development and end-to-end delivery
- Familiarity with Azure and Databricks and data quality/lineage concepts
